- A medium dry sherry. Honey-raisin aroma. In taste gentle, honeyed sweetness cut with dryness and nutty bitterness in the aftertaste. Good for inclement weather.
- Excellent with sweet dishes or as an aperitif, conceding nothing to more expensive sherries that are available on the market. A beautiful honey colour and a taste full of raisin sweetness. Well-balanced gentle tannins coming from lengthy maturing in oak barrels.
- The driest of the sherries that we offer. Aroma of green apples, hazelnuts and seawater, a light piquancy in the taste. Excellent with hors-d’oeuvres (tapas) such as olives, dried and smoked ham and sea food
